This week it was announced that from now on the remote maintenance tool Teamviewer can be integrated into Zoho’s products (Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk).
Sessions can now be started by administrators directly from the Zoho workflow. According to Teamviewer, the hope is to identify and solve problems more quickly. Employee productivity is expected to increase, as well as customer satisfaction.
