CAS genesisWorld x14: CRM + AIA

CAS introduces the next generation CRM + AIA (Augmented Intelligence Assistants) solution for mid-sized companies with the new version x14 of CAS genesisWorld. Assistants help users collaborate as a team and focus even more on the needs of customers to provide a customized CRM.

Overall victory for Karlsruhe-based CRM+AIA® specialists

Karlsruhe, 27.06.2022. In this year’s round of the TOP 100 innovation competition, CAS Software was named “Innovator of the Year”, placing first among all companies in size class C (more than 200 employees). CAS CEO and founder Martin Hubschneider and his team accepted the award from TOP 100 mentor and science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar on June 24, 2022 in Frankfurt am Main.

Strategic partnership for medium-sized businesses: ELO Digital Office GmbH and CAS Software AG start close cooperation

Stuttgart-based ECM manufacturer ELO Digital Office and the Karlsruhe-based CRM specialists at CAS Software AG have entered into a cooperation. The aim of this is to support companies, organizations and administrations in the digitization of their processes even more efficiently. To this end, the two product worlds of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are moving closer together, giving users fast access to both systems as well as end-to-end digital processes – in compliance with data protection laws and “” in the sense of the initiative of the same name. As part of the cooperation, the existing ELO connection to CAS genesisWorld will be further expanded and the cloud-based CRM solution SmartWe will be integrated into the ELO ECM Suite.
