# Update 12/16/2019: Act! CRM with new editions and tariff models
The “old-known” CRM solution Act! (the original product has been around for more than 30 years) has taken over Swiftpage 2013 from Sage. The target group of Act! CRM are individual entrepreneurs, sales teams and small and medium-sized companies.
Costs
The tariff models and editions of the Act! growth suite have been redesigned to offer a tailor-made solution for the different target groups. They differ as follows:
- The Starter Edition costs € 20,- and contains basic CRM functionalities, including 10.000 emails/month
- The Professional-Edition costs € 31,- and contains additionally the complete CRM-functionality and marketing automation (basis), incl. 25.000 e-mails/month
- The Premier Edition: costs € 60,- and offers additional extensive marketing automation features, including 50.000 emails/month
- The Ultimate Edition offers for € 99,- additional advanced marketing automation features, including 100.000 e-mails/month

Functions
Functions included in all variants are contact management, automation of sales processes, creation and tracking of sales opportunities and integration with Office and Outlook.
The Starter Edition already includes an app and access to the Act! API and now offers the user sufficient flexibility in combination and integration with other programs.
The Starter Edition comes with an email tool. The higher editions also include a marketing automation tool, which differs in functionality and possible email volumes.
Act! growth suite is a cloud solution. The servers are located in Brussels (Belgium) for customers with a billing address in the EU (including German customers). There is also the option of a “Private Cloud”.
Act! 365 and Act! 365 Pro
With Act! 365 and Act! 365 Pro swiftpage offers a new cloud-based CRM system with a modern design for small companies. It includes contact management, management of the sales pipeline using drag and drop, intelligent call lists and a mobile app. Act! 365 is available from as little as €9 per user per month and can be connected to more than 800 solutions and apps, for example with paper. Act! 365 Pro with significantly enhanced features costs €18 per user per month.
