Software manufacturer combit has released version 12 of its CRM system.
The innovations focus on shortening and optimizing workflows and improving program functions, which noticeably increases performance. A key strength of combit CRM is the automation of processes through the enhanced workflow server, which can now monitor directories and execute recurring actions in a time-controlled manner.
An important convenience feature is the synchronization with Outlook appointment calendars. In the SDK area, there are new script functions to develop individual solutions. A new feature is virtual formula fields that bundle data and make it available within the solution.
